This is the place i worked before for temn years . i was once the Head of the plant There are 200 personnel cooperatives working woth me. This is also the place where i born . we called it Bay Bay . The runway beside the plant was once used by menchaca . and my Father the late Capt. Francisco baroa Sr. and ny brother Capt. francisco baroa jr. was their Private Pilot. Iused to fly eith my father and brother. My father fly the Tri pacer and L4 . my brother fly the Skyhawk cessna 172.

Menchaca Beach was owned by Menchaca Family . This is the place were my Father lived before . he was the pilot of the owner of Hda. Refugio his name was the late Capt. Francisco Baroa sr . his son also was the pilot Capt. framcisco baroa jr. AKA SKYhawk
